I’m pleased to share that I have completed my MA in Photography at Falmouth University, graduating with Distinction.
The degree culminated in The Straight Way Lost, a photographic project developed through walks along Ontario’s Rideau Canal. The work explores disorientation, identity, psychological landscape, and the relationship between photography, mapping, and sequence.
Completing the MA marks an important point in my transition from military service toward a practice centred on photography, writing, and education. The program also helped clarify the direction I want to pursue: photography as a way of slowing down, paying attention, and engaging more deliberately with the world around us.
