I’m pleased to share my second cover for the Journal of Military, Veteran and Family Health, published by the Canadian Institute for Military and Veteran Health Research (CIMVHR).
This photo-illustration appears on Volume 12, Issue 4 (2026) and follows my first JMVFH cover, published in November 2025.
Working with the journal again is particularly meaningful as I continue building a new chapter in photography and writing after military service. JMVFH provides a natural point of connection with the wider military, Veteran, and family community.
CIMVHR has recently moved to an open call for future journal cover artwork, inviting artists and photographers to submit work for consideration. I’m glad to see the journal continuing to make space for visual art alongside its research and scholarship.
