This is the first Photo Walk I’ve posted here, although it is the seventh walk in my personal log.
For this walk through Westport, a village of about 750 people, I gave myself a simple mission: look for the colour blue.
Over a short distance, blue appeared in painted surfaces, street furniture, commercial objects, machinery, and temporary construction markings. The mission gave the walk a focus while still leaving room for chance, distraction, and whatever else happened to catch my eye.
