I’m very pleased to share that my ongoing project Meditations on the Rideau is featured in the latest issue of Rideau Reflections, the quarterly newsletter published by Friends of the Rideau.
The article introduces my mindful, analog approach to photographing the Rideau Canal’s bridges, locks, and shorelines, and highlights my goal of contributing to the bicentennial celebrations in 2032.
Friends of the Rideau is an independent, volunteer-run organization dedicated to preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the Rideau Canal. Their work to protect and celebrate this historic waterway inspires and informs much of my own practice on and alongside the canal.
